Does this sound like a scam?

I've been shopping for auto insurance quotes online, and recently found a site very good list prices and quotes. Well, actually before making a decision, I wanted to contact the customer service representatives to the company, in order to ask more questions that were not covered anywhere. When I went to look up the number, I thought it was not listed. Instead, they have a way which fill in the information (along with your credit card number), and claim that will provide you with a customer service number, after purchasing the plan. I looked at the rip off report, and other sites to see if anyone had a problem with them but could not find the claims against them online. So I wonder, Should I continue to try to research online, and possibly find a number for them elsewhere, or just write it off as another scam? Prices were really good, but …. I am well aware of the fact that some things really are too good to be true.

Sounds like a scam. I do not know what state is in but I found a great company here in Kansas. I do not know if Farmer's Insurance Group is where it is, but I had no problem with them and would recommend it to anyone.
